transportation distance from all the areas of major interest on the isle.
The pleasure of organizing walks through the main town center, where the antique
traditions are awaiting to be discovered or at short distance from the famous chairlift,
from where it is possible to admire from up high the panorama over the Neapolitan
Riviera. Near to the hotel clients will find the bus stop and so they can take advantage
of one of the local buses to reach the beach areas. In the same district there is
also a large choice of restaurants for every taste.

The modern swimming pool of the Hotel Carmencita has a unique design and is a quiet
corner of Paradise, where it is possible to spend hours of relax, enjoying the free
sun bed and parasol facilities. Our clients will find themselves toasting with cooled
cocktails, watching the sunset in a suggestive and romantic atmosphere.

was opened in the sixties from the passion of the Gargiulo Family, same passion
that has been handed over to the new generations, which have transformed the hotel

The satisfaction of each our client's desire or request is our primary engagement.
Our staff will be happy to propose various itineraries, motor boat trips and to
recommend restaurant suggestions. On request we can arrange a scooter rental to
spend a wonderful day between the streets of Capri to reach the beach in a few minutes
or a memorable boat tour around the island. Whilst for those clients that wish to
relax and experience a massage shiatsu we can make appointments at the hotel or
in the nearby wellness center.

What does the room rate include?
Our rates are per room, per night and include air conditioning, continental breakfast
enriched with a selection of homemade cakes and use of the swimming pool facilities
(sun beds, deck chairs and parasols).
When is the swimming pool open?
The swimming pool area opens from May 01st till the end of September. The daily
opening hours are from 7 am till sunset around 6.30 pm. Snacks and drinks are served
to guests by the Bar inside the Hotel.
Can the hotel offer hospitality to disabled people?
To be honest, there are too many architectonic barriers for people with movement
difficulties.
Is there a hotel shuttle service for the port or other destinations on the island?
On request and at charge we can make all arrangements between the hotel, the port
area and any other corner of Capri. As this a part-time service, please pre-book
in advance, contacting our reception by phone before you embark for Capri. The costs
involved depend on the number of people that require the pick up.
Can I bring my pets along?
Yes, we accept only small pets.
Does the hotel have a parking?
In the nearby at approx. 50 meters, there is a public toll parking area.
I would prefer to book my restaurant choices in advance?
With pleasure we can make all reservations you need in the best restaurants of the
isle.
Can I pay the hotel bill with credit card?

How far from the Hotel Carmencita is the first bus stop for the beaches? How much
time does it take?
Our clients will find the nearest bus stop for the beaches or the Blue Grotto at
only 40 meters and the local buses reach their destinations after about 4 to 7 minutes
drive and their ticket cost is approx. 1.30 Euro per person.
How far is the main city center from the Hotel Carmencita?
In front of the hotel our guests will find a main road that leads to the main center,
the Axel Munthe Villa and to the chairlift.
